Simple figure of 8 design head collar which helps to stop dogs pulling on the lead. Martingale action on the back means it's more difficult for the dog to escape from, and the fleece padding makes it more comfortable for the dog to wear. Unlike some other types of headcollar this leads from the back rather than under the chin, so it doesn't pull the dog's head to the side, reducing the risk of spinal injuries.
The Standard Width headcollars are made using 20mm webbing for medium-large dogs.
The optional safety is a short strap attached under the chin, with a lightweight clip to attach to a collar or harness in case of escapes.
No brand of headcollar is suitable for use with a long lead or flexi (extendable) lead due to the possible risk of neck injuries.
