Treat yourself to stress free walks! The adjustable Houdini harness by Indi-Dog is a fully adjustable, fleece padded harness designed for dogs who have learned how to back out of a regular harness. Featuring a longer back strap with an additional strap that sits around the stomach, the Houdini harness provides a safe and secure fit when fitted with the belly strap behind the widest point of the chest.

Based off of the Vari-Fit adjustable harness, the Houdini comes with the same great features, including:

Standard hardware is suitable for most dogs but we would recommend upgrading to brass if your dog spends a lot of time swimming.

Available in 4 sizes to suit almost every dog, small & medium sizes are made using 20mm webbing & hardware, with large & XL using 25mm webbing and hardware. Custom sizing is available, for custom size harnesses we will use the webbing we think is best based off of the measurements give. If you would like a particular width please note this in with your measurements.

Good quality- looks great.

I had previously ordered a similar harness from Indi Dog. I was unaware that the current design was different from the one I previously bought. The new one is also great but I preferred the 1st one as a) it had a joining ring at the top of the neck b) it had no clips on the neck piece and c) the handle on the previous design was bigger - the new one has a rather small handle. As my dog is partially blind she needs to be guided around objects which is difficult with the D-ring being so far back. Only gave 4 stars as personally I would have preferred the D-ring for the lead to be placed a little further toward the neck?
Having said the above, the harness is very well made, sturdy and has (so far) proved escape proof. Would recommend.

Great company, great harness

Harness arrived and fits very well. Our Houdini pup hasn’t escaped yet? 🙏 We had also asked for some extra fleece to be added to our custom harness and it arrived as requested. Thank you so much. Will be ordering more.

Soooo much better than other harnesses we’ve used. Greyhound chests mean that most harnesses slip to the side. No problems with that here.

The neck clips mean that we don’t have to put anything over his head (which is a neat feature).

The colours are AMAZING. Bruce looks super handsome in his green harness.

The handle is great if we don’t have him on a lead.

Excellent quality and adjustment

The fleece lined Escape Proof Adjustable Houdini Harness is really strong and well made - excellent quality. And the best thing about it is the huge range of adjustment; this is the only harness that fits my strangely shaped escape artist dog properly. Peace of mind at last! I'm so glad I discovered Indi-Dog and ordered a second harness straight away. I thoroughly recommend these harnesses.
