Turnaround times

Our standard turnaround time is up to 4 weeks for all items except patterned harnesses which have a turnaround time of 6 weeks, please note that we are a micro business of just 2 parents, so during busy periods or times of illness our standard turnaround time may increase to 6 weeks (8 weeks for patterned harnesses)

Refund policy

Standard sized plain harnesses, walking belts and leads can be returned within 14 working days. Custom sized harnesses, collars, belts and headcollars can not be returned for a refund as they are made specifically to the measurements provided, but we do offer alterations of fit. 

Import Fees

Orders shipped overseas are likely to incur duty/import/customs fees, the customer is wholly responsible for paying these fees and if the order is refused at customs due to non payment of fees, the shipping fee will not be refunded, only the product costs are eligible for refund in this instance.
